These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Glow & Go RN Aesthetics website and services.

By visiting our site, booking a service, or receiving treatment, you agree to these Terms.

Glow & Go RN Aesthetics provides medical aesthetic services performed by trained, licensed professionals.

Results vary per client based on individual anatomy, medical history, and lifestyle.

• Guarantee results

You agree to provide accurate medical information prior to treatment.

2. Appointment Policies

Booking

Appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system.

Some services may require a non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

No-Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in a no-show fee and require prepayment for future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened services or rescheduling.

Late fees may apply.

3. Treatment Eligibility

You must:

• Be 18 years or older for injectable services

• Not be pregnant or breastfeeding

• Disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies

We reserve the right to refuse service if treatment is unsafe or contraindicated.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the medical nature of our services:

• All treatment sales are final

• No refunds are issued on services already performed

• Product refunds are only accepted for unopened items within 7 days

Deposits are non-refundable unless Glow & Go RN Aesthetics cancels your appointment.

5. Website Use

You may not:

• Copy or distribute website content without permission

• Use the site for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to breach security or access private data

We reserve the right to restrict site access for misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

• Bruising

• Swelling

• Sensitivity

• Temporary discomfort

• Rare complications

Glow & Go RN Aesthetics and its providers are not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information, failure to follow aftercare, or individual physiological variations.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party booking, payment, or communication tools.

Use of those systems is governed by their privacy and security policies.
