✨ PRE-TREATMENT GUIDELINES
To help you enjoy the smoothest experience and the most beautiful results, please review before your visit.
Injectables (Botox, Dysport, Filler, Sculptra)
Kindly avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Refrain from ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, or vitamin E for 48 hours, unless medically necessary.
Please arrive with a fresh, clean face—no makeup in the treatment area.
Avoid dental work, facial treatments, or vaccines 1–2 weeks before and after filler appointments.
If you’re prone to cold sores and planning lip filler, please let us know ahead of time.
Stay comfortably hydrated and enjoy a light meal before your visit.
Skin Treatments (Microneedling, Peels, Facials)
Pause retinol, retinoids, and exfoliants for 3–5 days prior.
Avoid tanning, sunburn, and direct sun for at least 1 week before treatment.
Please do not arrive with open wounds, active cold sores, or irritated skin in the treatment area.
Some acne medications may require postponing treatment. If unsure, reach out before booking.
Arrive with a clean face to ensure the best outcome.
General Wellness Requirements
Guests must be 18+ for injectable services.
Pregnancy or breastfeeding will prevent treatment at this time.
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule for a later date.
These guidelines protect your skin, optimize your results, and ensure you receive the safest, most luxurious care possible.
✨ CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
To maintain the quality and flow of our client experience, we appreciate your understanding of the following policies.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment.
Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
A missed appointment without notice may result in a no-show fee and may require prepayment before future bookings.
Late Arrivals
To honor the time of each guest, please arrive promptly.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or modified to fit the remaining time.
A late fee may apply.
Deposits
Certain appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your time. Deposits will be applied to your service total.
